TOC檢測儀工作原理

本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理，將樣品中的有機物氧化為二氧化碳，二氧化碳的測試采用的是直接電導(dǎo)率法，通過測試經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的樣品的總碳含量和未經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的樣品總無機碳的含量差值來測定總有機碳含量，即：總有機碳（TOC）=總碳（TC）-總無機碳（TIC）。

工作原理

樣品中的有機物在紫外線及二氧化鈦廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳，采用電導(dǎo)率檢測技術(shù)測定二氧化碳，通過電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測未經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化的樣品總無機碳之差，獲得樣品中總有機碳含量（TOC=TC-TIC）。

The working principle of TOC detector
